ResinTech Completes REACH Registration

ResinTech

WEST BERLIN, NJ —
Ion exchange media manufacturer ResinTech announced today that it completed its REACH registration with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).

REACH, which stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals,

was entered into force on 1 June 2007 and established procedures for collecting and

assessing information on the properties and hazards of substances. REACH was adopted

to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry.

The registration reflects the increased demand for the New Jersey company’s ion exchange

media and Aries FilterWorks brand filter cartridges throughout the European Union.

ResinTech is currently constructing a new $138MM solvent-free cation production facility. ResinTech plans to move into its new headquarters in the Summer of 2020.
